The downstairs lounge is open every day from 12:00 noon until 12:00 midnight. Only OSIA members are allowed to use the downstairs lounge. Members in good standing may invite guests. Guests are limited to three visits per month.

Beverages served at the downstairs lounge include an assortment of domestic and imported beer, wine, cocktails, and a variety of tonic and sodas. For entertainment the Club provides:

• Full-size regulation pool table
• Large flat screen televisions
• Keno/horse racing
• Scratch ticket machines/pull-tabs
• Wireless Internet
